Day of Coordinators

Planning a wedding can be overwhelming, especially when faced with the high costs associated with the industry. I offer packages to fit different financial plans, ensuring that you can have professional support without breaking your budget. Let us help you enjoy your special day while we handle the details, allowing you and your loved ones to cherish every moment.
We start working together the day you book me. For weddings over a year away or in a week.
Package #1 $650
ADD ON FEES
One time fee- $50 for events over 30 miles from Manteca
2nd coordinator $75.00 flat rate(if set up and decor is too much for 1 coordinator 2nd coordinator is necessary to ensure perfect execution.*
*this is discussed at initial contact.
Add time to package-$60 per hr.
Labor outside package can be discussed
1 hour initial meeting either in person or Facetime.
Unlimited communication from the day you book me
Vendor communication.
Venue walk through and meeting
Final meeting 3 days before wedding (30 Minutes).
Rehearsal (1 hour Maximum).
10 hours total coordination on day of wedding.

Vendor organization during wedding
Welcome your guests/help with seating.
Processional organization and ceremony assistance
Collection & transport of items such as florals (depending on size) to next site.
Setup/assist with simple decor - gift table,guest book,dessert tables.
Dining table set up (will be discussed during booking)
Time line management for wedding day
Collect gifts,cards,card box and store.
Cake cutting if needed and storage of top of cake.
*Serving of cake or dessert directly to guests is not included. Cut and set on table included
Light clean up included. Trash collection,clearing tables and restroom clean up not included. See FAQ tab for more information.
Package #2 $450
1 hour initial meeting in person.
Unlimited communication from time of booking.
Simple vendor communication.
2nd meeting venue walk through
5 Hours total coordination on day of wedding.
One time fee-add $60 for rehearsal
One time fee- $50 for events 30 miles outside Manteca

Month of Coordinator
Package price $825

One-time fee- $75 for events 30 miles outside Manteca. This covers all trips for the entire month. (excludes Southern Ca)
Add time to package-$30 per hour
Labor outside package $50-$100
Your month includes- Everything in Package #1 plus
4 extra hours to use as you wish during your last month of planning. Ask for details.
10 hours of total coordination on the day of your wedding.
